These three
movements were emerged all before the world war one occurred. They were created because they wanted to
change and help the development of total abstraction.
Futurism
Futurism was
developed in Italy in that era there was a difficult time in social and
politics. The artist told them self they there have to be a change in art. The
most important artist in this movement were Giacorno Balla and Umberto
Boccioni.

This manifesto was painted in le Figaro in 1909. This painting has a lot of bright colours in the middle like yellow, orange, red, green and white. They are giving the idea that the light is really bright, they also have a form of v shaped and they are all going in the same direction so they are showing a sense of movement. Because there
is a half moon on the top right it give the impression that the sense is during the night.

This is the work of Boccioni, here he is showing movement it is seen clearly from how the foots are perfectly position and from the flowing clothes. The flowing clothes are showing very hard texture
Name: Speed Artist: Antonio Sciortino |
This sculpture was done by Antonio Sciortino which he was inspired from the sculpture of Boccioni. Here he created an Arab horse running in a stylized Art Deco way. The Horses head is showing lines signifying the air running through his face , by those line he created a sense of motion, movement and also speed.
Orphism

Orphism was developed from other movements such as Fauvism, Cubism and Chevreul. This type of movement was more colourful that cubism and more abstract. Former artist Robert Delaunay and after the years his wife Sonia Delaunay joined him and started creating art together. They used to study complimentary colours and created a lot of blocked and curved abstract art. It got so popular by time that it inspired and artist called Der blaue Reiter who lived in Germany.

Rayonism
Rayonism was a Russian movement founded by Mikhail F. Larionov. Most works were of Larinov and Goncharova which they were inspired from cubism, Futurism and Orphism. It was also being emerging achievements from Fauvism, Expressionism and cubism and whit there they started creating abstract art without a subject of matter. By that is started ahrder fro the people to understand there art due that the subject was being removed completely.
Kandinsky was one of the artist who painted in the Russian movement, he was inspired by music so he created a jumbled up paintings explaining music. Here in this drawing he is showing confusion of different musical instruments and notes. As you can look closely you can see that there is a focal point to this painting the little black dot in the middle of the black round line.
